This credential develops community leaders in peace and reconciliation with emphasis on effectiveness in communication. This participant understands communication styles and the communication cycle. They developed skills in active listening, managing stress, empathy-building and mediation. They can analyse conflict, its causes and effects. They understand social justice, the role of communication in conflict transformation, and UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security.

This credential develops community leaders in peace and reconciliation with emphasis on leading change. This participant developed motivational leadership skills and increased emotional intelligence. They understand the role of effective communication and delegation in action planning. They can analyse conflict, and they developed mediation skills. They understand the role of social justice and UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security in transforming conflict.

This credential is designed to develop community leaders in peace and reconciliation with emphasis on promoting equality and valuing diversity. This participant increased knowledge of minority cultures and different disabilities. They understand how discrimination can lead to conflict, the role of social justice in promoting human rights and gender equality and UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security. They can analyse conflict and they developed mediation skills.

This programme educates participants the difference between leadership and followership in managerial position. They will define his/her responsibility through self-reflection. Moreover, this programme encourages the establishment of complementary synergy among his/her team members. Participants will motivate team members to enrich themselves with self-learning attitude for improvements. Overall, this programme is designated to create "team leader" mentality with competence characteristics.

The delegate has successfully completed the CMA’s Aspire Positive Action Development programme assured by ILM. The interactive programme modules focused on the development of the delegate’s essential skills and behaviours to achieve both their own ambitions and to progress in their careers. The programme also provided the delegate with the tools to mentor and develop other colleagues to support their career development.

The holder of this credential has completed a leadership and management programme in the Jersey International Future Skills Framework, delivered on behalf of the Government of Jersey. This programme is assured by ILM against a global quality mark which demonstrates that the organisation has world-class systems and processes in place to design, deliver and maintain learning programmes. This individual has successfully completed a number of training programmes for this digital credential.

The delegate has successfully completed the Competition and Markets Authority Leading and Managing at the CMA 1 Core Programme assured by the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM). The programme is aimed at staff and work managers in EO, HEO and SEO grades.
