Peace and Conflict Transformation: Equality and Diversity

This credential is designed to develop community leaders in peace and reconciliation with emphasis on promoting equality and valuing diversity. This participant increased knowledge of minority cultures and different disabilities. They understand how discrimination can lead to conflict, the role of social justice in promoting human rights and gender equality and UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security. They can analyse conflict and they developed mediation skills.
