Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England is a Community Interest Company which raises mental health literacy by teaching people MHFA skills through a range of courses. We work towards building communities where people can recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues, provide help on a first aid basis and effectively guide someone towards the right support services.

This course teaches in depth skills for providing first aid to people experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders and psychosis, with a particular focus on issues relevant to the whole Armed Forces Community.
