Coaching Supervision

Coaching Supervision is an ILM Recognised programme of learning, created and delivered by Culture at Work Ltd specifically to meet the needs of experienced coaches wishing to become qualified Coaching Supervisors for other coaches, particularly coaches in organisations. This practical and workplace-friendly programme is delivered in-house and as an open course, and aims to develop knowledge and skills by providing frameworks, question sets, skills and techniques for coaching supervisors.

Earning Criteria

Required

  • Developed an understanding of the skills used in coaching and coaching supervision as a development tool.

  • Developed strategies and techniques to supervise/manage workplace challenges through a coaching approach.

  • Demonstrated coaching skills and techniques through practical supervisory coaching sessions.

  • Demonstrated and used a range of learning of skills, knowledge and behaviours in a day to day work environment to supervise and coach individuals and teams.

  • Reflected on own ability to learn skills of coaching.
