They understand how leaders can support an inclusive, innovative and diverse culture within organisations.
Delivering Outcomes through People (604). This person understands their own role in the planning, recruitment, retention and wellbeing of people and can lead high-performing teams. They also understand how to support the principles and practices of learning and development in high-performing teams.
Optimising Organisational Capacity (605). This person can review and optimise organisational and resource capacity. They can establish a road map to show how ‘disruptive technologies’ can influence the optimisation of organisational capacity. They can communicate suggested improvements to optimise organisational and resource capacity in a digital world to stakeholders.
Maximising Data Efficiency for Organisational Success (606). This person can employ performance management approaches and data analysis to evaluate organisational performanc. They can appraise performance data and produce strategic recommendations to inform organisational direction and can inform and influence stakeholders to adopt recommendations aligned to strategic objectives.

They can design and undertake enquiry based learning and will evaluate and deliver outcomes based on their learning.

This person understands a growth mindset in the context of innovation and collaborative working/culture and the key principles of leading organisational change including personal and organisational readiness to promote a culture of innovation.
