Industry Manager - Leadership, Management, Coaching and Mentoring

The role of Industry Manager is to work closely with external industry stakeholders such as employers, professional bodies and employer groups to identify, commission and maintain products for the Leadership, Management, Coaching and Mentoring. This requires knowledge and understanding of employment trends and training needs of this sector to ensure that ILM and City & Guilds’ products align to the needs and requirements of employers.

Have worked within education and training/awarding body for a minimum of one year

Manage a portfolio of products, including an annual review of that portfolio.
