This individual has undertaken the Apprenticeship Portfolio module and successfully completed the required assessments which involves; prepare SIX Bundles of work based evidence and accompanying narratives - 750 words (+/-10% word) per narrative ; prepare for and practice a 'mock' professional dialogue with a panel of two tutors and the employer.
