Developing Effective Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Communication Skills is an ILM Recognised programme of learning, created, and delivered by Spearhead Gulf LLC (Spearhead Training). The delegates will learn how to communicate effectively with their customers, staff, colleagues, and their managers in a multicultural workplace. They will learn how to receive and give effective feedback, understand different behavioural styles, demonstrate assertiveness, and listen actively in order to improve quality of relationships and productivity.
