Explored a range of different Leadership styles and developed an understanding of when it is appropriate, or not, to demonstrate specific styles.
Developed a knowedge and understanding of the four dimensions of Emotional Intelligence and assessed own strengths and weakeness against them to develop an Action Plan for self development.
Developed an understanding of the stages Teams go through to becoming a high performing team. Using Tuckman's stages of Team development model, identified which stage their team is currently at so they can continue to develop the Team.
Identified 3 types of change, based on the scale of the change, and developed different strategies to effectively communicate and embed the change.
Explored the 5 Thomas & Kilmann influencing styles and examined in detail when to use each style and the dangers of over/under use and the impact it may have on self and others.
