This person has successfully achieved all the components of the qualification, and developed knowledge, skills and behaviours in nine mandatory units.
Team Development and Resource Management - This person can effectively support and develop individuals and teams in achieving objectives and improving performance. They can also effectively manage resources and change.
Building a High Performance Team - This person understands management models, team dynamics, motivational techniques, learning styles and feedback mechanisms. They can build a high-performing team, set operational and personal goals, monitor progress, share best practice and provide feedback. In addition they can build trust, actively listen, manage conflict, negotiate and influence effectively.
Managing Self - This person can plan and manage their own personal development, including feedback from others, and promote effective time management for self and others. They understand how to be self-aware, unconscious bias and inclusivity.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills - This person can effectively communicate using a range of formats and adaptions to build relationships with customers, teams and management. In addition they understand how to manage challenging conversations, raise concerns and provide constructive feedback.
Organisational Culture and Strategy - This person understands equality, diversity and inclusion and organisational responsibilities in the workplace. They understand how organisational strategy and culture are developed and can communicate the strategy, team purpose and operational plans.
Problem Solving and Decision Making - This person is able to apply problem solving and decision making techniques. They understand the approaches to manage relationships, change and resources. In addition they can implement plans, respond to feedback and seek solutions to meet business needs.
Data Management - This person can manage and protect business data, with an understanding of policies and procedures, the use and benefits of different technologies. They are able to manage data, from the collection, interpretation, analysis and finally the creation of reports that will support decision making.
Organisational Governance - This person has an understanding of HR systems, legal requirements and how to manage performance. They can apply organisational governance and compliance to deliver value for money and ensure effective budget controls.
Project Management - This person understands the project lifecycle, roles and responsibilities. They can deliver and monitor a project using appropriate tools and techniques.
