Enhanced Performance Strategies for Neuro-Differences in the Workplace is an ILM Recognised programme of learning, created and delivered by Genius Within CIC for Associate Coaches and coaching clients. The programme aims to develop knowledge and skills by using exercises and processes that have been well evaluated and proven to have an effective impact. The programme develops knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity, and performance strategies to support clients in the workplace

Required
Understand the concept within the module (e.g., memory) and how it relates to their (clients’) neurodiverse condition.
Understand how the concept relates to workplace performance within the workplace.
Be able to describe strategies succinctly to a colleague.
Demonstrate 2 personal strategies for each module which (clients) may use to overcome difficulties or make the most of their own abilities.
