Managing Teams - This person can use different leadership styles to lead and manage teams while improving performance of both remote and in-person teams.

Business Planning - This person can create and integrate, strategic, operational, and contingency plans to continuously improve business performance.

Operational Planning & Management - This person can undertake operational planning in the workplace, considering the use of technology and data to support the delivery of these plans. They understand how to manage, lead and communicate change in the workplace, and the impact that organisational culture and diversity has on change in the workplace.

Financial Practices - This person understands financial planning and can manage budgets.

Project Planning - This person can plan projects, recognise and overcome barriers, and make decisions.
