Executive Coaching Skills is an ILM Recognised programme of learning, created and delivered by The Lazarus Consultancy Ltd for leaders, managers and coaches seeking to improve their ability to coach colleagues and clients. The programme aims to develop knowledge and skills by covering the core skills of coaching, practicing several coaching techniques and models suitable for a wide range of situations, receiving in the moment feedback and reflecting on how to apply the coaching skills at work.

Optional
Developed a strong knowledge of the foundations of coaching executive-level colleagues and clients, including the 'Mindset for Success / Excellence'.
Demonstrated a high level of coaching skill in at least 10 coaching exercises.
Demonstrated that they have the necessary inter-personal skills required to coach executive-level colleagues and clients effectively.
Passed various assessed coaching exercises and a written assignment explaining how they could use, or have used, what they learned on the course when coaching leaders, executive-level colleagues and clients.
Undergone, and reflected upon, their own personal development, facilitated when they are 'clients' in the numerous coaching exercises.
