The Network Rail Leader programme is specifically aimed at front line leaders and delivers a highly practical experiential learning experience aligned to the needs of Network Rail diverse corporate operational requirements. Facilitated group discussion and experiential learning exercises together with personal review of an individual psychometric profile, enables and informs reflective and reflexive learning, to develop both current and future leadership capability.

Required
Through completion of the Network Rail Leader programme the individual has demonstrated proactivity, optimism, resilience, emotional intelligence, stress management and improved awareness of personal impact and alignment with organisational core values, behavioural frameworks and strategic vision.
Throughout the programme this individual has developed and applied their leadership skills in applicable practical activities, business relevant scenarios, group discussion and ongoing self-reflection.
This individual has completed an immersion event where they successfully applied their learning and actively demonstrated professional and commercial behaviors in a challenging business simulation.
