This person understands the purpose and ethical principles of effective coaching supervision of coaches and can critically compare different approaches for the effective coaching supervision of coaches. They can develop an understanding of the anticipated outcomes of effective coaching supervision for different stakeholders.
This person can support organisations to provide in-house coaching. They can plan, deliver and review the coaching supervision of coaches. They can develop coaches who are able to use the feedback from supervisory sessions to plan their own and others’ professional development.
This person has undertaken at least 60 hours effective coaching supervision. They can assess their own abilities as a supervisor of coaches. They are also able to reflect in a structured way and draw conclusions about their performance to plan for future development needs.
