The individual has also attended various Graduate Careers Fairs to represent the business and the programme itself to future graduates.

The individual attended presentation skills training as part of their graduate programme. As part of this training, the individual developed their ability to create presentations that display information successfully. Similarly, they developed their ability to deliver oral presentations effectively. The individual also delivered several presentations to both small and larger audiences in relation to both work for their department and projects assigned to them as part of the programme.

Scheduling was a significant part of the individual's responsibilities during the programme. The individual was required to schedule meetings with their mentor (a Director) in order to cultivate and maintain their mentorship. Similarly, the individual also scheduled meetings with other individuals on the graduate programme in order to organise and complete a fundraising project with the business's charity partner. The individual also scheduled several events as part of this fundraising project.

The individual completed several projects. During operational training, the individual designed, implemented, and evaluated an operations project related to their programme stream. They presented the project to a team of Senior Managers. In conjunction with others on the graduate programme, the individual developed a fundraising project for Lidl's charity partner. This involved the individual and the Graduate team devising, organising, and executing several fundraising events.
