Foundation in Action Learning Facilitation

Foundation in Action Learning Facilitation is an ILM Recognised programme delivered by the Centre for Action Learning for leaders who wish to advance their action learning knowledge and skills. The programme aims to develop these through an in-depth theoretical insight, practical experience of in-set facilitation methodologies and skills and the negotiation and design an organisational action learning intervention for individuals and teams or large groups.
