Mediation Skills is an ILM Recognised programme of learning, created and delivered by North East Regional Employers for participants who are in a position to carry out mediation. The programme develops knowledge and skills by understanding how to manage own feelings, assumptions and to interact constructively and to response conflict. They have interacted in case studies and role play activities. The participant has completed assessments and conducted a live mediation to complete the programme.
